The Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies at the Ohio State University is hosting its third annual 'Popular Culture and the Deep Past' conference on February 19 & 20 with the theme of 'Shakespeare's Day - 1616/2016'. Prof. Rob Henke is giving the lecture "Shakespeare and the Commedia dell' Arte" at 7:00pm on Friday with The Confused Greenies of Players' Patchwork Theatre company demonstrating. The Greenies will also be performing "Buckets of Ducats" at 6:00pm (created from their IRON COMMEDIA workshop in 2011) and may also be performing short skits on Saturday.
