The sixth edition of the commedia festival in Kraków will last eight days.
We start in Teatr Ludowy, February 21, 2015 (Saturday) 15.00 pm with workshops for children "commedia dell'arte mask" . It is the opportunity for kids to meet commedia dell'arte: characters, masks, costumes and props.
Next day, February 22, 2015 (Sunday), also in Teatr Ludowy will take place the opening of the exhibition "Anatomy of a mask," (15.00 pm) and the premiere show "Once Upon a Time in Venice" (17.00 pm)
This is the effect of cooperation of two groups specialized in historical performances : Studio Dono (commedia dell’arte) and Cracovia Danza Court Ballet (historical dance)
On monday starts Commedia dell'arte Workshop and wil last five days (23-27 February 2015 10.00am - 15.00pm) Scena na Lwowskiej.
The effect of workshop will be open for public February 27, 2015 (Friday) 18.00 pm Scena na Lwowskiej
We will have also two debate- lectures about commedia : the history of commedia; set design and costume in commedia ( February 24 and 25, 2015 (Tuesday, Wednesday) 18.00 pm Artefact Cafe,
Our festival will complete Evening with commedia February 28, 2015 (Saturday).
It will be a feast for the soul, but also for the body! After the Dell'Arte Show we will have an aperitif in the Italian style.
