Inspired by Commedia dell’Arte’s ‘Opera Regia’, we are very excited to announce our brand new Commedia dell’Arte show – The Royal Blood Bath!

For Commedia dell'Arte Day 2015, we are offering a school show and public show on the 25th Feb, as part of our 4 week Adelaide Fringe season.

This is a joint production between Commedia con Corinna and Werdna Theatre productions. Our mission is to showcase how Commedia, through a process of continuous translation, can retain its genre characteristics and be performed in a manner that suits new and diverse audiences. We create all our performances from scratch, working together to create the performance and performance-text by using improvisation as a method for devising the various plots.
