Since threehundred years before the Italian unification the actors' companies of the Commedia dell'Arte built a world of shows that was admired all over Europe. The amazing masks and the melting pot of the italian dialects well mixed together were a fundamental vehicle and symbol of the unity that was going to have birth later on.
The use of different languages with the other multietnical tracts tipical of the more advance contemporary theater was anticipated centuries before by the copresence of the dialects in the old Commedia dell'Arte. Hosts: Madame Lecoq, Mimmo Cuticchio, Carlo Boso, Titino Carrara, Marco Rota, Filipe Crawford.
